2016 – We are very satisfied with our annual physician and staff training provided by TMC. The annual walk through is a great way to assess your practice and work on any areas that need improvement. I highly recommend that practice managers set aside enough time for themselves, managers, and the consultant to review his or her findings. Don’t only review them; act upon them! Greensboro Dermatology also utilizes the OSHA and HIPAA webinars to train all new staff members throughout the year. Each staff member has the opportunity to take a short quiz at the end of the webinar which allows management the opportunity to review with that employee. Our office manages our MSDS sheets online which simplifies the compliance process and is readily available to all staff members desktops. The OSHA and HIPAA manuals are great baselines for practices to build upon. Total Medical Compliance is a great resource!”
