Just wanted to let you know that Renee did an incredible job with our annual education —- She actually was able to keep the staff awake!!!    I’m serious — in the past, staff at times would nod off.   At the end of education, staff came to me to state how awesome she did.  She was animated, encouraged feedback…and of course…candy always helps.
