We have just had another review with TMC’s Amy Williams. While we have always had excellent repour with TMC, Amy is someone special, and I feel the need to acknowledge her excellence. Amy has all the professional expertise we expect from TMC, but she also comes from a surprisingly comprehensive health care experience with hands-on patient care and medical management that she shares with grace and genuine enthusiasm. This visit I watched her stop and “visit” with every employee, listen and explain the what’s and why’s of her reviews and support our staff with real-use solutions. It’s surprising to me how defensive staff can be to TMC reviews (everyone seems to forget you are on our side). Amy is very good at making staff relax and learn, rather than hide and defend weaknesses. I am sure your company realizes Amy is a great asset, but I am glad to take a few minutes to acknowledge we too recognize her value and TMC’s value to our work.
