No. The CDC states “healthcare settings should continue to use Community Transmission Rates and continue to follow CDC’s infection prevention and control recommendations for healthcare settings.”
When viewing Community Transmission Rates on the county map, the colors will be red, orange, yellow, and blue (See Figure 1).

B: 30 days
C: There is no time limit
Answer: B. However, HHS encourages providers to respond as soon as possible.
